Our check-in time is at 4 pm, while the check-out is at 10 am.

We understand your travel needs, but early check-ins and late check-outs are usually not possible due to our cleaning crew’s schedule. However, you can let us know and we can see what we can do to approve your request. 

Yes, we are pet friendly for one well behaved dog with prior approval before your reservation. We ask that the dog not be left alone in the home for an extended period of time, kept off the furniture and beds, and that you bring your own dog bedding, and pick up after them outside. Cats are not permitted.

Quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be considerate of your neighbors during these times.

No, smoking is strictly prohibited. 

No, parties and events are not allowed to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.

For commercial photo or video shoots, please reach out upon booking requests.

Yes, we have exterior cameras focused on the driveway and entrances. They are solely for home security and have been placed to respect your privacy at all times

Absolutely, we have both a carbon monoxide alarm and a smoke alarm installed to ensure your safety during your stay.

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable for weather events typical to the area, including but not limited to rain, snowstorms, and wildfires/smoke in Lake Tahoe. In the case of a mandatory evacuation ordered by local authorities, guests will receive a credit for the unused portion of their reservation. For additional protection against unforeseen weather events, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

During the winter snow season Lake Tahoe can see a very large snow accumulation. Four wheel drive (4WD) vehicles are highly recommended for safe traveling.

All cabins have a driveway plow service that comes every snowfall to clear the driveway, and a shoveling service to clear pathways prior to your arrival. Please keep an eye out for the driveway plow to move vehicles to allow for full driveway clearing.

Outdoor deck furniture is removed in advance of winter season to avoid damage.

Per Placer County regulations, there is no street parking allowed at any time. Please park in the cabin’s driveway for allotted parking spaces.

Yes all cabins have fast wifi available, capable of video streaming/meetings across multiple devices to ensure your connectivity.
